Brian Cronin - MPT, CSCS. Brian earned his BA from the University of Washington and a Masters of Physical Therapy from Eastern Washington University. Brian is certified as a strength and conditioning specialist and specializes in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, and sports training. Brian did an internship with the San Francisco 49’ers in the spring of 2004. Brian combines his unique sports medicine education, his sports background as a player and coach, and his passion for the game to provide cutting-edge therapy and performance training. |

Mike Nilson - CSCS. Mike is the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Gonzaga University Bulldogs. Mike played basketball for Gonzaga’s Elite 8 and Sweet 16 teams and earned WCC Defensive Player of the Year and WCC All Academic Team honors. Mike played professionally for two seasons in Germany, winning two championships and the Defensive Player of the Year award. He is a member of the NSCA and is CSCS certified. Mike specializes in sports performance training with youth to professional athletes. |

Jeff Hart - MPT, CSCS. Jeff earned his BS and Masters of Physical Therapy from Eastern Washington University. Jeff is also certified as a strength and conditioning specialist. He combines his unique educational background to provide physical therapy services to youth athletes through active seniors. |

Tina Valentine - ATC. Tina earned her BS from Arizona State University and Masters of Science from the University of Oregon. Most recently served as Assistant Athletic Trainer at the University of Texas at El Paso. She is currently the Head Athletic Trainer for U-District Physical Therapy and provides high quality athletic training services to local area high schools. |

Karie Pruett Ike- DPT. Karie earned her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from EWU. She graduated from Ferris HS and played college basketball at Central Washington. She is an assistant girls basketball coach and team Physical Therapist at Lewis and Clark HS. |

Nick Carlone - Nick earned his BS in Exercise Science from EWU in 2006. Nick played football and baseball at Redmond High School. NIck specializes in youth, high school, college, and professional sports training. |

Cyndee Reeves - She has over 20 years in medical billing. She is U-District's first employee and brags this is the best office she has ever worked in. She is married and has a daughter named Peyton. Cyndee also enjoys volunteering at her daughter’s school and taking trips to Las Vegas. |

Travis Knight - M.Ed, CSCS, CPT, USAW. Travis heads U-District's Personal Training programs. He played baseball at Gonzaga University and earned his bachelors degree in physical education. He completed his graduate degree in exercise science from Wichita State University and did a graduate internship with the Director of Strength and Conditioning at Kansas State University. He has been a personal trainer for 7 years and heads the personal training program, Active Through Sports, Stronger Bones, Stronger Bodies osteoporosis program, Corporate Movement fitness program, and community relations. |

Katie McCaffery - CSCS, NSCA-CPT. Katie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Western Washington University. She is the head trainer for Fit BRIDE and the Biggest Loser programs, and also does Personal Training, Sports Performance Training, and teaches U-District’s Adult Functional Fitness classes. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, as well as a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. |
