Dryland Training
The Dryland Training class is a total body, cross training workout offered Tuesday and Thursday mornings 6-7am. This workout is designed for high end endurance athletes including runners, cyclists, and tri-athletes. This intense exercise program is designed to improve your endurance skills and seriously reduce the risk of injuries while you train.
