Our 12 session team training is designed to increase the athleticism of your entire team and improve team chemistry. Team training requires at least 8 athletes for the special team rate, $150 per athlete. We have provided team training for all Gonzaga University teams, Whitworth University Men's Basketball and Baseball, Spokane Spiders, Spokane Riverhawks, Spokane Chiefs, Gonzaga Prep Athletics, Ferris volleyball/football/basketball, Mead football, University baseball/basketball, East Valley basketball, Rogers basketball, North Central volleyball, Northwest Christian volleyball/basketball, Spokane Junior Hockey, and numerous youth club, AAU, and select teams.
